The Echelon is one of the most capable striker-fired pistols available. Springfield built something worth caring about — a platform that deserved a complete ecosystem. That ecosystem never came.

Instead, individual products came from companies that never talked to each other — each designed for another platform, then adapted to fit the Echelon later. A grip module might break holster compatibility. A magwell might need a backstrap you didn't have. A basepad might or might not clear. Every upgrade sent the shooter back online. We call it the Frankenstein approach. Once you name it, you cannot unsee it.

We built every part ourselves, for one platform, from the start. Nothing missing. Nothing borrowed from another gun and made to fit later. A complete system, designed for the Echelon only.

David saw an engineering failure — nothing designed to work with anything else. Christian saw a systems failure — no architecture, no intentionality, no vision for what the platform could become. Neither could walk away from it. So we built the answer.

Carry and competition builds start from two module lengths — 4.0FC or 4.5F, matched to your slide — both requiring a full-size, 17-round magazine. From there, everything is shared: backstraps, weights, grip panels, magwells, and basepads. Configure for your intent without being locked in. What you buy today works with everything you build tomorrow.

The Meridian System

At the center of everything is the Meridian Grip Module — a precision-machined 7075 aluminum body that accepts every component in the Vital Arms lineup without modification.

Three grip panel sizes scale palm swell from the stock Echelon profile to 30% greater without changing trigger reach. Two backstraps span 17 to 18.8 degrees, bracketing the stock Echelon's 18-degree angle in both directions. Two magwells — carry and competition — each seat flush with their corresponding basepad or mag extension with no gap. Selectable tungsten ballast in 12g or 19g configurations. Grip panels available in aluminum or brass.
