Vital Arms products are built from premium materials and inspected to meet our quality standards. We stand behind our workmanship and materials. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification. We believe in accountability on both sides — that's how trust stays intact.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Vital Arms warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use at the time of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is limited to the product as manufactured by Vital Arms.

What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Material failures under normal use
• Issues present at the time of delivery
  

If a covered defect is confirmed, Vital Arms will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product, or
• Issue a refund equal to the original purchase price

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation or use
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse, neglect, or misuse
• Unauthorized modification or alteration
• Use in unlawful configurations
• Installation without following our provided guides

Swapping backstraps, panels, or weights as described in our installation guides is intended use, not modification, and does not affect warranty coverage. Products that show signs of forced fitting, unauthorized alteration, or misuse beyond intended configuration changes are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Installation Responsibility

Proper installation is critical to performance and safety.  Vital Arms is not responsible for issues caused by improper installation. If you are not experienced working on firearms, we recommend installation by a qualified gunsmith.

Limitations

This warranty is the sole warranty provided by Vital Arms. No other express or implied warranties apply beyond those required by law.  Vital Arms is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to the use of its products.

This warranty exists to stand behind our workmanship — not to underwrite misuse. If something isn’t right, we’ll review it carefully and respond directly.

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs, if applicable
