These terms exist to protect both you and Vital Arms — not to create confusion. They outline how our products are sold, how our website operates, and what you can expect when doing business with us. 1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vital Arms website ("Site") and the purchase of products sold by Vital Arms ("Products").

Vital Arms LLC is an Idaho limited liability company. Design, machining, and finishing take place across partner facilities in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products. We aim to keep these Terms clear, fair, and aligned with how we operate.

2. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

Vital Arms sells non-FFL regulated firearm accessories only. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess firearm accessories under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• You will configure and use all Products in compliance with applicable law.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether Products are legal in your jurisdiction.

Vital Arms does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for misuse, illegal configurations, or violations of law.

3. Products & Use Disclaimer

Vital Arms Products are accessories only and are not firearms or serialized components. All Products are intended for lawful use by properly trained individuals. Installation and use of firearm accessories involve inherent risks. Performance, safety, and reliability depend on proper installation, maintenance, and use. By purchasing or using our Products, you assume all risks associated with installation, configuration, and use.

4. Installation Responsibility

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Products are user-installed.
• Improper installation may affect performance, safety, or warranties.

Configuring your build — including swapping backstraps, grip panels, or tungsten weights as described in our installation guides — is intended, expected use and does not itself constitute improper installation or misuse.

Vital Arms is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation. If you are not experienced or comfortable working on firearms, consult a qualified gunsmith.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Correct pricing or listing errors
• Limit quantities per customer

An order is not considered accepted until it has shipped. Payment must be received before shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Vital Arms ships Products only where lawful to do so.

Certain Products may be restricted by state or local law, including accessories that interact with magazine capacity or configuration. Availability is indicated at checkout when possible, but the customer is responsible for verifying compliance. If an order is placed for a Product that cannot legally ship to the customer's address, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Generally:

• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• Certain items may be non-returnable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Vital Arms Products may include a limited warranty as described on our Warranty page, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Except as expressly stated, Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Arms disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Improper installation or use
• Misuse or abuse
• Unauthorized modification
• Normal wear and tear

Configuring your build as intended — including swapping backstraps, grip panels, or tungsten weights according to our installation guides — is not considered unauthorized modification. See the Warranty page for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Vital Arms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Vital Arms' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, product designs, trademarks, logos, and branding — is the property of Vital Arms or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security features
• Misrepresent eligibility or compliance
• Resell Products in violation of applicable law

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of these Terms or use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
